Original Cinema Poster for 'The Dead' by John Huston

This is a very scarce original cinema poster for John Huston's last film based on James Joyce's short story 'The Dead'. The poster was used for the French release of the film and the wording has been changed from The Dead to 'Gens de Dublin' which translates as the people of Dublin or Dubliners which of course is the title of the book of short stories from which 'The Dead' is the last story. The poster features Donal McCann and Angelica Huston dancing. The poster is in very good condition and comes framed in a gilt frame with glass. Measuring 26.5 across by 34.5 inches down in the frame. This poster is very scarce and is a rare piece of Irish Cinema ephemera.
